Anne is an international leadership consultant, organizational effectiveness advisor, and executive facilitator with more than twenty years of experience supporting senior leadership teams in complex, multi-country environments. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, she brings deep experience across Asia, Africa, and the United States, working with humanitarian, development, and mission-driven organizations.

At Lead Beyond, Anne designs and delivers senior leadership and organizational development engagements for clients including Unicef, USAID, Mercy Corps, World Vision, BRAC International, Frontline Defenders, Compassion International, Habitat for Humanity and Samaritan’s Purse. She facilitates high-stakes leadership retreats, strategic planning processes, and cross-functional alignment sessions, supporting executive teams to clarify priorities, strengthen governance, and improve decision-making and performance.

Anne’s work integrates human-centered facilitation, organizational effectiveness, and evidence-informed leadership practice. She specializes in executive team effectiveness, strategy alignment, and translating complex organizational challenges into practical, actionable pathways. Her facilitation approach supports leaders to build trust, navigate complexity, and move from dialogue to implementation.

In her role as Director of Operations and Director of Asia at Lead Beyond, Anne combines operational leadership with hands-on facilitation, coaching, and advisory support.
